JUNIOR LIFEGUARD SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

SIZING INFORMATION:
 
FireRescueStuff is excited to be back for our 3rd year of serving our JG families!

Please take care to order the correct size.  If you are not sure of the size needed, please drop by a swim test (see dates & locations below) to have the participant try on and verify sizing before making an order.  

Note: While swimwear sales are considered "final", we will exchange trunks, one-pieces and uniform shirts that were purchased from FireRescueStuff, for 30 days from original purchase. We do want you to have the correct size for your JG! If you have sizing issues with your program-included "free" uniform, please contact the JG office to exchange your items. 

Female swimwear must have the hygienic seal still in place. See further return and exchange information below.

RETURNS:
 
Please take care to order the correct size. Any allowed returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Exchange options below.

 

 

 

EXCHANGE
Options: 
 
IN PERSON (all items eligible): There will be at least one "Exchange Day" that takes place at the FireRescueStuff warehouse (near Long Beach Airport).  2024 date(s) will be announced soon. More information will be available as it nears. 
  
 
BY MAIL: If you need to exchange swimwear, you may exchange for a different size of the same item. There is a $10 charge (cash or check made out to StangStuff) to handle processing and return shipping. Item must be in new, re-sellable condition.

2024 LA County Junior Lifeguard Swim Test & Size Fitting Event Dates

The 2024 Swim Test Dates: 

  • Saturday, March 23rd @ Wiseburn Aquatic Center.
  • Sunday, March 31 @ Palisades Charger High School
  • Saturday, April 6 @ George Mannon Aquatic Center in Torrance
  • Sunday, April 7 @ Belvedere Aquatic Center in East Los Angeles
  • Sunday, April 21 @ Greater Whittier Regional Aquatic Center.

 

Exchange Day Events
Location: Lakewood/Long Beach Airport adjacent.

Dates: TBA.

An email invites will be sent to all 2024 participants who make a purchase,
AND all 2022-2023 Participants

Returns Policy 

For Station 51, Yearbook and other non-Junior Guard products: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if you ordered a wrong size, or changed your mind.

Yearbooks: Due to the nature of this one-time production, all sales are final. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us if you need International shipping options.


Shipping rates for items we sell are either flat rate or weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All Yearbook and Station 51 sales are final.
