It starts with a high-quality, flat bill mesh-backed Trucker hat. A finely embroidered official Station 51 "Helmet Shield" logo appears on the front. The blue & white color combination designates this as a "Captain's Shield", and that is the version that Station 51 firefighters wanted it. Interesting side note: They also opted to keep the screw holes in the design - these are the small black circles on either side of the design. It doesn't get more authentic than that!
